The Mt Pisgah Middle School Band would like to acknowledge the following supporters:

Kroger Gift Card

Please support our Mt Pisgah Band program by purchasing a Kroger gift card. When you shop at Kroger, first load this gift card at the guest services, then when you have finished shopping, pay with your gift card. Kroger will donate 5% of your purchased to the Mt Pisgah Band Program. You may use it the entire year, even during summers!

For each $100.00 you spend on your Kroger Card the band earns $5.00. Once your band member earns their $ 75.00 fund raiser quota from our various different fund raisers, the remainder will be placed in a special account just for your child. Based on the amount you spend you can earn money to buy uniforms and tickets to our band events!

When you purchase the card it has a value of $5.00. You can add up to $500.00 to your card or just the amount you spend in one shopping trip. Once you have a card, take it to ANY Kroger service desk and add the amount you wish. After that, you can swipe the card like a debit card. When it is used up, you simply add to it.

The Mt. Pisgah Band will receive 5% of every purchase, including medications and gas

There is NO fee or charge for using the card. (You will need to pay $5.00 to cover what it is currently worth.) This is a great way to raise money for the band with no additional cost to the parents.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A CARD: Send $5.00 (CASH) in an envelope to Dr. Wood labeled with the Student's Name, Section Number and "KROGER CARD". Please include a parent's name and the student's name.

I will return your card as soon as possible to your student. (I will contact you by e-mail or phone to tell you they have it). These cards have specific numbers assigned to our program, so you do not have to tell Kroger who your account is with.

Concert Program Ads

The Band Boosters are providing all of you with the opportunity to place advertisements in our Concert programs. The price of these advertisements will be used to offset printing costs of the programs. The ads are also a wonderful encouragement to your child. You may also place business ads if you prefer.

The costs per ad are:

• 1/4 page $10.00
• 1/2 page $20.00
• Full Page $40.00

(Ads will be in black and white)

To participate:

1. Choose the size ad (full, half, or quarter page) you want.
2. Write out your message on this form.
3. Indicate instrument or art you would like.

Band Fundraiser: Corky's

The Mt Pisgah Middle School Band needs your support. We're asking each family to sell a minimum of three items to meet our goal of $5000. Items for sale are:

$24 Corky's Boston Butt	$30 Corky's Smoked Turkey $40 Corky's Honey Glazed Ham

Purpose:  The band fee of $75 does not cover all of Mt Pisgah Middle School Band expenses. We need the Band Fundraiser to raise an additional $5000 for band expenses.
Our fundraiser this year will be selling Corky’s Smoked Boston Butt, Smoked Whole Turkey, and Spiral Slice Honey Glazed Ham. 

We are asking each family to sell a minimum of 3 items:

Boston Butt for $24
Smoked Whole Turkey for $30
Slice Honey Glazed Ham for $40

Each item sold will raise $10 for the band!!!!!
