I would like to welcome all students to the 2009-2010 Mt. Pisgah Middle School Band. I am looking forward to you and your instrumental accomplishments this year. Parents, I want to assure you that I will work diligently to ensure that your student has a successful year. Please assist me by encouraging your student and insisting on daily home practice. Together, we will all have a great year in band.

The Mt. Pisgah Middle School Band is comprised of approximately 200 students. We are proud of our several performing instrumental ensembles:
Both concerts will begin at 7:00 pm with students arriving at 6:30 pm.

Students in the band are expected to rent or purchase their instruments. More importantly, they make a commitment to practice and develop their skills in order to make a meaningful contribution to the band. Band students are expected to attend all performances as part of their grade. Participation in the band is a very rewarding experience. The pride associated with our band program is a big factor in its success.
